Launching a rocket into space? What fuel do you need? After some interesting launches the rocket did make it into the air. This rocket came in a kit. It has balsa wood fins, a stopper and a tube that keeps the bicarb separate until it it mixed with the vinegar. To mix the powder and vinegar you tip the bottle and then place carefully on the ground. Ingredients: 1 cup of vinegar and 3 tablespoons of bicarb in a softdrink bottle.
