Pencilcode.net is a web based browser that lets you control a turtle's movement by changing the code in the left part of the screen.

The guide button takes you to lots of premade programs that you can copy and modify to make your own things.

Best of all you can save your work without an email address. This program is free for all users and you can browse the files of other people. Make sure you acknowledge other users if you are using their work.
